Healthline

Healthline is a free, 24 hour a day, telephone health advice service. It now also includes the Well Child advice service. Healthline registered nurses assess a person’s condition and health needs and recommend the best course of action and a time-frame in which to take action. They can also provide general health information and location of services. The free call number is 0800 611 116.

It provides independent, factual information about immunisation including benefits and risks, not only to parents and caregivers but also to doctors, nurses and other health care professionals.
