• To be eligible for this offer you must first become a member of Tauranga.co.nz.
• Each new membership registration automatically goes in the draw to win one of the three "Celebrating Tauranga" boxes. Registrations take place via an online registration form on the website www.tauranga.co.nz.
• Additional entries into the draw occur through the contribution and submission of content, including news, events, organisation profiles, CityScope articles, links and classifieds, where each contribution becomes a valid entry into the draw upon approval of the contribution.
• Entry for the draw commences at 8.08am on 8 August 2008 and closes at 12noon on 8 October 2008. Registrations and contributions must be submitted during this timeframe, however contributions may be approved after this time and will still be valid for entry into the draw.
• Each entry is an independent entry that has a fair and equal chance of winning either of the prizes. A member winning one prize does not exclude them from other subsequent prize draws.
• The winners will be drawn at 10.00am on 9 October 2008 at the premises of Tauranga.co.nz Ltd, 50 Devonport Road, Tauranga and will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. The prize boxes will be delivered within two weeks of the promotion end date.
• The contents of the "Celebrating Tauranga" boxes may differ slightly to what is listed depending on what offers the promotional partners can provide at the time.
• The competition is open to all New Zealand residents except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Tauranga.co.nz Ltd, Blazon Media Ltd) and any other companies associated with the promotion including those of Partners who may be supplying prizes.
• The winners agree to their name and photograph being used for any publicity purposes.
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prizes cannot be varied and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the winning entries. Tampering with the entry process, or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will disqualify the entry.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected, late or illegible entries.
• The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by or to any person in connection with this promotion or with winning or benefiting from the prizes.
• All entries become the property of the Promoter. All participants' details will be held in our database for the purposes of membership within Tauranga.co.nz.
