Who can submit an article to CityScope?

Anyone can
submit an article. All points of view are accepted within CityScope. No article
will be turned down due to the opinion or political leaning of the article.
All
articles are held as pending until they are vetted by a human eye to make sure
they don't contain profanities or material of an unsuitable nature for a
general audience, however we will never censor views or opinions - as an
independent website it's our job to celebrate the different viewpoints held by
all the community.
