Can I get a refund?

Answer

This is dependent on the individual retailer. Have a look in their Order Information page to see if the retailer allows this and check their Returns Policy. You will need to deal with the retailer directly. Providing you with a refund is the responsibility of the retailer.

Where a product is out of stock or the retailer cannot deliver to your particular location, the retailer will contact you directly to advise of this and organize an alternative solution with you.
